Apple, Carrot & Ginger Juice

This Apple, Carrot & Ginger Juice is a great way to start the day. The apples and carrots keep this juice nice and sweet, without being too high in sugar. It’s packed full of Vitamin A, Bs & C, Anti-oxidants and many other helpful nutrients. A juicer is used in this recipe. Makes 1 juice

Ingredients: 3 Carrots 2 Apples 1 inch of fresh ginger 2 sticks of celery

Serve with ice
