Chia Seed Pudding with Dates
Chia seeds are packed with nutrition, but when it comes to calories, they kindly packed very very light. This chia seed pudding is a perfect way to start the day. I’ve used dates in this one but use whatever you like best. Just about any fruit will work, even better when combined with nuts.
Serves 1. Cook time 20 mins.
4 tsp agave nectar
1/5th cup chia seeds
1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
1.Finely chop the dates. Add these and 2 tsp of agave nectar to your cup.
2.Add the chia seeds until about 1/5th of the cup is filled.
3.Fill the rest of the cup with almond milk and give everything a mix.
4.Leave in fridge for 5mins. The chia seeds will instantly expand (they can absorb up to 10 times their own weight in liquid).
5.Finish the pudding with chopped date and agave nectar.
