Garlic Prawn Kebabs

These really are simple, but an absolute necessity when BBQ time strikes (it will strike). Prawns on a skewer, smothered with garlic, cooked on the BBQ.

Makes 8 kebabs

Ingredients:
500g (40) fresh king prawns, shelled with tails intact
1 garlic, crushed
2 tbsp olive oil
Juice of half a lemon

Method:
1.In a bowl, loosely combine prawns, garlic, oil and lemon.
2.Construct the skewers. It takes about 5 prawns to fill up each one but obviously do what fits best with yours. Top with any of the garlic mixture left in the bowl.

3.Place on the BBQ, turning over after 3 mins. Although they will be ready immediately after the total prawn turns pink.
