The Green Digest Juice

It’s the mint that makes this juice so refreshing, which is why I like to use it in a lot of my juices. Along with a long list of other worthy health benefits, it is great in promoting digestion. I’ve used a healthy amount in this juice to give it a real kick. You’ll need a juicer (or a blender, a sieve and a lot of patience) to make this. I use the Sage Nutri Juicer Plus.

Makes 1 pint of juice

Ingredients:

100g fresh mint leaves
2 green apples
1 cucumber
A chunk of ginger
6 romaine lettuce leaves (or 1 small floret)
30g Parsley

Method:
1.Run all ingredients through the juicer shoot. General rule is to make sure the mint leaves are firmly pressed.
