Romaine Apple & Orange Juice

Romaine Apple & Orange Juice Recipe: This is one of my favourite juices. It’s highly refreshing – Romaine lettuce is an excellent source of hydration and a good source of vitamins A, C, B1 and B2, and folate.

I use a Sage Juicer Plus in this recipe (or you can use a blender, a sieve and a bit of patience).

Serves 1

1 Granny Smith Apple
1 Orange
1/2 Cucumber
2 stalks of celery
1 romaine lettuce

Put all ingredients through the juicer and serve immediately.
