Swordfish with Capers, Tomatoes & Olives

This recipe for swordfish with capers, tomatoes & olives is quick and simple to make. It’s extremely tasty and low in carb – perfect for a light summer meal

Serves 2

10 olives
1 tsp of capers
A handful of cherry tomatoes (finely chopped)
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp olive oil

2 large swordfish steaks

1. Heat the oil and garlic in the pan until the garlic becomes golden in colour.
2. Add the olives, tomatoes and capers to the oil and simmer for about 10 minutes. Leave aside.
3. Add the swordfish steaks to a medium-hot frying pan and gently fry. After 5 minutes, pour over the sauce. And keep the steaks frying for another 5-10 minutes.
4. Serve right away with some fresh salad (and optional crusty bread).
